  Glyder, the Sea Turtle was commissioned by a client for her child’s room at least that is the way it was originally intended at the beginning. As I was creating it I started to become attached to the sea turtle and I named him Glyder because the sea turtles glide along the sea as if they are flying. Each day more and more creatures of the sea are being endangered. This is a tribute to all sea creatures and a reminder to all of use of the beauty that lives among us.  

“Virtue” Altorilievo

Virtue was created to show the confliction a woman faces when she is transitioning from an adolescent into a young woman in today’s world. It seems to be such a battle to secure one’s virtue in a sea of sensuality by the very vessel that embodies her soul and mind at the time when she is blossoming into a young woman. The glass is handmade to show the flowers of her mind as it unfold as if the pedals of a rose open to show all it’s beauty for the world to view. 

Symphony of Mermaids was designed to show the alluring effect the mermaids have on the mariners. They sing ancient songs from the sea to lure the mariners in a mystical trance to them in hopes of enticing them to be with them forever and love their captives forever. The enchanting music and songs have a calming effect on the mariners for ages, so beware the next time you are out at sea, as the water starts to make you feel

rhythmic in motion and the alluring sounds of the sea start calling to you

This sea beauty mermaid called: Wave Runner was designed as a call to all humanity and wildlife to restore the beauty of the seas as they once were in ancient times. When the waters where clean and fresh teaming with marine life as they raced through the artic blue crystal clear waters to the aqua turquoise waters of the tropics as the sun dances across the waves of those calypso seas. You can feel the waves carry her on ecological journey with her cry to humanity to save seas of the Planet.
